My expertise is in trauma, relationships, and attachment. I have received advanced training in EMDR, parts work, Gottman, and Emotionally-Focused couples work, to name a few. I’m always interested in growing and evolving as a therapist- so I’m constantly learning to help and support you build the relationship you want.

I blend strategies from EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples Work, IFS, plus a plethora of other trauma informed approaches.
